HOTEL BOOKINGS

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PANGO BOOKING PLATFORM?

Our platform works like any standard online booking system:

  • Provide the lead guest’s name as shown on official ID.
  • Enter contact details for confirmation and communication.
  • Complete secure payment via credit or debit card.
 
You will receive an automated hotel voucher upon booking.

WHAT IS PANGO’S CANCELLATION POLICY?

Hotel bookings on the PANGO platform are clearly marked as either refundable or non-refundable. For refundable bookings, please note that a 5% fee will be deducted to cover bank charges and administrative costs. This means you will receive a refund of 95% of the original booking amount.

WHY NON-RELIGIOUS AND NON-POLITICAL?

PANGO is secular and non-partisan. We oppose all forms of discrimination, including preferential treatment based on religion or political affiliation.

Our decision is rooted in fairness and practicality: supporting one faith or political ideology would require equal support for all others, which could divert resources from our core mission. We believe in doing good for the sake of goodness—not under the influence of any doctrine.

Applications are assessed case by case to ensure alignment with these principles.

PANGO operates under a contractual agreement with Teldar Travel. All bookings and payments are processed directly by our partner. Once your stay is complete, PANGO invoices Teldar Travel and promptly forwards 8.5% of the booking value to .

PANGO’s Prices

Teldar Travel is a subsidiary of the Accor group. Alongside numerous independent hotels, you’ll often find competitive rates on Accor brands and various others.

However: Please note that PANGO may not always offer the lowest price for every hotel, room type, meal plan, date, or location. We recommend doing a quick comparison before booking to ensure you’ve secured the best deal.

 

PANGO’s Cancellation Policy

As with other types of online travel platforms, bookings may be refundable or non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated.

  • For refundable bookings, check the deadline for cancellation without penalty—usually just a few days before check-in.
  • To cancel, simply click Search my bookings and follow the instructions.

Please note: A 5% fee is retained to cover banking charges and administrative costs. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your account within minutes.
