PANGO is a movement born from decades of travel, volunteering, and teaching. Our journey began with Helping Hands Travel (HHT) – an initiative offering educational trips that created meaningful experiences with charities in Thailand. The underlying belief was that inspiring even a single student to advocate for fairer, more empathetic policies could create a ripple effect far greater than countless years of voluntary work.

When SUV Travel entered the picture, supported by Move Ahead Media, we revolutionised hotel bookings, partnering with schools, hospitals, and media outlets to deliver exceptional value. But somewhere along the way, our true purpose – creating impact – was overshadowed.

That’s why we created PANGO: a bold rebrand that fuses SUV’s innovation with HHT’s heart. Our mission is clear – drive change, fight poverty, and transform education.

PANGO

The name “PANGO” combines the prefix pan – meaning “all-encompassing” – with the acronym NGO. This reflects our mission to collaborate with a wide range of charitable organisations. If a project is meaningful – whether in education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, humanitarian aid, anti-trafficking, animal welfare, environmental protection, or similar – and operates at a grassroots level, ensuring that most of the support reaches those who need it most, then PANGO is committed to helping.

PANGO’s Prices

Teldar Travel is a subsidiary of the Accor group. Alongside numerous independent hotels, you’ll often find competitive rates on Accor brands and various others.

However: Please note that PANGO may not always offer the lowest price for every hotel, room type, meal plan, date, or location. We recommend doing a quick comparison before booking to ensure you’ve secured the best deal.

 

PANGO’s Cancellation Policy

As with other types of online travel platforms, bookings may be refundable or non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated.

  • For refundable bookings, check the deadline for cancellation without penalty—usually just a few days before check-in.
  • To cancel, simply click Search my bookings and follow the instructions.

Please note: A 5% fee is retained to cover banking charges and administrative costs. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your account within minutes.
